Who we are
This website is run by Cionera LLC. You can reach us through the contact form.
What you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. The form delivers them to our business inbox by email.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers may automatically record basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. These records are used to run and secure the site.
To limit spam, the contact form stores a coded (hashed) version of your IP address and the times of your recent submissions. These records are deleted automatically once they are more than an hour old, the next time the site is used.
The site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own website.
How we use your information
- To read and reply to your enquiry.
- To discuss the services you asked about.
- If you become a client, to manage our work together.
- To keep the website and contact form secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Other services
We use website hosting and email service providers to operate this site and receive and respond to enquiries. These providers process personal information as needed to provide their services. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: kept only as long as we need them to reply, follow up on the services you asked about and keep a record of our correspondence, and then deleted.
- If you become a client: we keep records for as long as our agreement and the law require.
- Deleted messages may remain in our email provider's backups for a limited time before they are removed.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Send your request through the contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and in some cases we may need to keep certain information, for example where the law requires it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
